Discover the wisdom of going slow. Step by step, we’ll play with taking it easy and doing less than we think we ‘should’ with voice, story and movement as our touchstones All in a safe, affirming environment, and with other playful companions. InterPlay forms are easily doable by anyone and transformative. No previous experience of any kind is needed – just a spirit of willingness!
