Deep Play
With Lorrie Streifel, Meg MacLeod, and Asheville InterPlay Leaders
7:00 to 9pm
Friends Meeting House
227 Edgewood Road
Asheville, NC, 28804
The first half of this class includes InterPlay forms to play and connect with each other and ourselves. The second half is the Deep Play form, where we invite the brains in the body to move, ‘babble,’ sing and play luxuriously, in an atmostphere of appreciation while being witnessed by another. Discover your own fullness and capability--gain confidence in being seen! “From Deep Play, I’m discovering my own fascinating internal world......and suffering far less from projecting onto others.” Advanced class. We recommend taking several InterPlay classes prior to the Deep Play class.
Cost: $5 to $15, sliding scale
