Laugh With Others

InterPlay was created by "body intellectuals" Phil Porter and Cynthia Winton-Henry. It uses easy, incremental forms based in movement, voice, story and stillness.

InterPlay in North Carolina includes ongoing classes, workshops, Body Wisdom groups, Untensives and other multi-day events, Body Spirit Celebrations, performances, and a leadership training program -- all available to the general public. We are also available to work with organizations.
