The InterPlay Leadership Program can transform your life. Level One is a year-long program that includes mentoring, community support, affirmation, information, exformation, and play to help you integrate the wisdom of InterPlay fully into your life. Level Two is for those who want to become certified InterPlay leaders.

The Leadership Program Level I could be for you, if you:

• Are sometimes scared of being "too much" but feel good when you are.
• Want to lead your life with more gusto, creativity, play, ease, connection and support.
• Want to take steps to officially use InterPlay in your work in the world.
• Realize that you develop best in an affirming, affectionate environment.


InterPlay is a body-centered philosophy and practice created by Phil Porter and Cynthia Winton-Henry. InterPlay helps you integrate body, mind, heart and spirit. It unlocks the wisdom of your body – all that you know from your own experience about how life works best for you. The InterPlay Leadership Program is a great place to discover and create what you really want. Learn how to use InterPlay in all aspects of your life and work – even how you might use it to help others.
