Looking for an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom that you have inside you? In the InterPlay Life Practice Program, you can do it! It’s an opportunity to immerse yourself in practices that will enhance your life, inspire you, and ignite personal transformation with surprising ease.
- We’ll practice the easy-going “five recommended daily requirements” for health: move, tell our story, have our voice, make contact, and just be
- We’ll explore tools like easy focus, noticing, and witnessing and how to apply them in everyday life
- We’ll have the opportunity to play with our concerns and move toward our dreams with the support of an affirming community
- We’ll learn seven – no, eight! – Body Wisdom Tools to help us shift from stress to grace--at home, in relationship, and at work
- You get to do all this while taking care of yourself and honoring your own limits and gifts
NC Triangle Area Life Practice Program begins February 2010, Saturday-Sunday: Feb 27, 28; Mar 27, 28; Ap 24, 25; May 29, 30.
