Join us for our traditional holiday InterPlay events. The Winter Solstice Bodyspirit Celebration invites you to a time of play and stillness in the midst of all the hustle and bustle. And the New Year’s Untensive is a welcome time apart from our daily lives to reflect on the past year and enter the new one with anticipation, fun and community.
