Coming Home to Myself - A Women’s InterPlay Retreat

Saturday, Sep 13

9:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Friends Meeting House
625 Tower St.
Raleigh, NC

With DC InterPlay leader Kate Amoss & Ginny Going

This InterPlay retreat will be a time of coming home to ourselves and paying attention to what our bodies want and need. In this day-long retreat, we will explore and express the wisdom of our bodies through the playful practice of InterPlay. The wisdom of InterPlay is rooted in the simplicity of its forms grounded in movement, voice, stillness, and storytelling. It is firmly based in affirmation and looking for the good. InterPlay is incremental—you go at your own pace, so no prior experience of any kind is needed—just a spirit of willingness.
