Conflict simply is, whether expressed or not. We can choose to make it easier and constructive or we can allow it to be destructive. Our purpose in this workshop is to share some tools we’ve learned for dealing with conflict and see how their use can be more effective when integrated with the tools and forms of InterPlay.
